About Us
We are all about helping, because EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE.

The mission of Flourishing Families is to better the community by assisting their clients with job placement, financial freedom, drug and alcohol abuse, shelter for the homeless, child care, family and child counseling. The core values that this organization thrives from are Commitment, Compassion, and Communication.  The programs of Flourishing Families develop self-esteem and clarify their three core values which help their clients build a successful life.
Company history
Flourishing Families was founded November 12th, 2010.  This is a Non-Profit Organization founded by two sisters living in the Clarksville, Tennessee community.  Together two business women made a decision to decrease the homelessness and unemployment rate in the community.  The increasing unemployment rate and homelessness is what motivated these two women to help the community.  Their passion to help others is what established the Flourishing Families Organization and is what continuously allows this organization to grow.
Customer testimonials
"I did not have a job when I first arrived to the Clarksville, Tennessee area.  I did not know the first thing about writing a resume and I needed help.  I went to Flourishing Families for guidance.  Not only did I get great customer service but within a week I had a new resume and a new job to go along with it.  They assisted me with how I should dress for an interview and increased myself confidence.  They even worked with me after I was already hired. I am truly appreciative to them." -Samuel Tramill

"I have lived in the Clarksville Community for over 10 years.  I lost my job due to lay-offs and had no one to turn too.  I went to the unemployment office and did recieve unemployment but I desperately wanted to work.  I am a single mother and it is hard watching your child and trying to find a job and filling out applications.  I went to my friends at Flourishing Families.  They were willing to watch my child as they assisted me with finding a job.  I was able to go to my interview and bag the job.  Thanks Flourishing Families." - Brittany Spann-Walker
